Density: 0,9190 ± 0,002 g/cm3.
Melt Flow Rate: 2,0 ± 25% g/10 min.
Spread of melt within the party: no more than ± 6%.
The number of inclusions: not more than 2 units.
Yield strength at break: not less than 9.5 MPa.
Tensile strength: not less than 11.5 MPa.
Elongation at break: not less than 600%.
Mass fraction of extractables: maximum 0,4%.
Available in pellet size 2-5 mm in any direction. Admitted granules ranging in size from 5 to 8 mm and their mass fraction is less than 0.25%. Admitted granules from 1 to 2 mm, the mass fraction should not exceed 0.5%.
Packed in polyethylene bags of 30 ± 0,3 kg. The neck is sealed bags or stitched by machine. Shelf life - 3 years from the date of manufacture when stored indoors, away from direct sunlight, at least 1 meter from heaters at a temperature above 25 ° C and a relative humidity of not more than 80%.
Application
 Low density polyethylene (LDPE, an analogue of the higher grade 158) is designed to make the film, technical products, pipes, fittings, packing tools.

 

LDPE- 153


Characteristics of low-density polyethylene (similar to 153)
Density: 0,9190 ± 0,002 g/cm3.
